Is Colon Cleansing A Scam?
It’s understandable when people wonder about this. Many products tend to tell you that you will lose weight that you thought you would never, ever lose by flushing your system of waste, via using certain colon cleansing products.
And while that is true, people still ask is colon cleansing is a scam…
Why?
Because a lot of the herbal colon cleansing products out there are not using the proper ingredients to cleanse your system out properly, therefore there can be harmful side effects.
Also, once you cleanse out your system, that doesn’t mean you go back to your old habits of eating foods with lots of preservatives in them.
These preservatives are part of the reason why your body needs to be cleansed in the first place.
But is colon cleansing in general a scam?
No, any type of cleansing is good, in my humble opinion. I drink an herbal green tea every day and it’s amazing what a good job it does of flushing everything out.
The more I take cleansing products, the more “afraid” I am to stop using them, because I see the stuff that is/was stored inside me before and it is not an appealing thought to allow that junk to reside in me ever again.
Which means I should change my eating habits, and possibly eat more fruit, but fruits and vegatables have preservatives in them as well.
This means there’s going to be preservatives in everything, so while colon cleansing is not a scam, it can be dangerous if you take the wrong colon cleansing products.
