Home Colon Cleanse – Why I choose a Home Colon Cleanse?

From my perspective the first reason for using a home colon cleanse procedure instead of going to a private clinic or spa is privacy and control. My second reason is cost. My third reason is practicality. In all probability the insurance company will consider a professional colon cleanse to be an elective procedure and it will become a major cost and hassle after the fact. Though, I do like the idea of having someone else clean the bathroom instead of me.

Why do I think I need a home colon cleanse?  It is a way to detoxify my body because I eat too much junk food, or rather have eaten too much junk food in my life. I know some of the chemicals in that artificial food are still inside the gunk lining my intestines.
I know the results of a colon cleanse will be a healthier and reinvigorated me, after it is all over.  I dread the weariness of the process and yet would prefer to tend to my own needs instead of have someone else around to watch my wastes disappear.

So I plan to prepare enough fluids to prevent dehydration and add a touch of calming aromatherapy to the bath and to my sleeping area to maximize my comfort. In a way it will be like a stay at home spa time when I am ready to start my home colon cleanse.

I plan to turn off the television, light some candles for atmosphere in the bathroom, choose a good book, a comfortable chair and prepare all of the materials I will need ahead of time.  I will use a juice fast the first day, because I like the idea and I know I have been leaving out a lot of fruits and veggies in my recent meals.

I will check the instructions to be sure to have some probiotics ready as part of my rejuvenation resting time because the home colon cleanse will remove the good and healthy bacteria as well as the gunk and toxins. The probiotics, like yogurt, will replenish those healthy bacteria.
