3 ways to cleanse your colon

You know your colon is located at the very end of your digestive system, right?
You cleanse out part of your colon every time you have a bowel movement. But to cleanse your colon is more than just a normal everyday elimination of food wastes.

It is in the little convoluted parts of your intestines, both large and small that some particles become packed, or impacted.

These form a crust that reduces nutrient absorption and builds up with toxins and waste attached to the walls of your intestines. When you take the time to cleanse your colon, you are giving your body a chance to rid itself of these impacted and energy draining waste products.
